Participation in European Programmes:

RANDA GROUP has been elected 'candidate expert consultant' for Eastern Europe countries.

The action is framed within the European Union PROGRAM TACIS, which consists of an initiative dedicated toNew States (the former USSR and Mongolia).  It is dedicated to the development of a prosperous and harmonious economy and to establish political links between the European Union and these countries.

Moreover, it is also member of PROGRAM CONSENSUS, which is part of the "Phare Programe", funded by the European Union.  The objective is to introduce a social protection system in these countries, that aids in the provision of stability for political, social and macroeconomic environments.

RANDA GROUP has a wide variety of experience in these countries since it was assigned the reformation of social security for Kyrghyzstan in 1995 and 1996.

Internatinal Relationships:

RANDA GROUP is a founding partner of Benefit Consulting International, Ltd.; an international society for assessment in Social Forecast, made up of independent consultants from all over the world. Through member coordination, Benefit International Consulting, Ltd. is able to give clients an integral service that meets their needs at national and international levels.
 
Our activity in international forums also includes collaboration with the "Comité Européen de Reflexión sur les Retraites", headquartered in Paris.  The objective is to inform and advise public authorities and other institutions on complementary found systems in Europe. At the same time, Randa Group is associated with the International Pension of Employee Benefits Plans and with the International Pension of Employee Benefits Law Association (IPEBLA).

International expansion is also beginning with the creation of Randa Consultants in France and Russia .
